The Pattaya and the Eastern Seaboard condominium markets are Enjoying a boom, says Nigel Cornick, Chief Executive of Raimon Land Plc, after the successful launch of the North side Condominiums last September.
Another interesting development is La Royale Jomtien by Wise power Group Company, whose chairman is Eric Lai.
Mr. Cornick attributed the upswing in Pattaya to the buoyant economy leading industries to bring in technicians and other management staff. As well Pattaya is becoming an attractive location for people planing to retired, including people who previously look at Spain or Portugal as possible retirement area.
Pattaya' s boom spills over to heightened interest in Eastern Bangkok, with Mr. Cornick saying that the Suvarnabhumi Airport will continue to have a great impact on development. He adds that Bang Na Trat will grow outwards, and that in ten years time the eastern part of the city will look totally different from what it does today.
