Here are some tips on how to treat a candle. Did you know that candles come in many smells or scents? They also are made in a huge variety of shapes and sizes and some are even in elaborate sculptures.
My bathroom stinks. I use to burn incense but it was too strong and I didn’t like breathing all that smoke. My wife was convinced that I was praying to Buddha in the bathroom because of the smell.
I was walking down Second road, close to South Pattaya Road, when I walked by something new; a candle shop. Yup, that’s all they sell. So, I stepped in to take a look at all the beautiful candles. To my surprise the shop was air-conditioned. After smelling the wonderful aroma in the shop, I asked the salesman if this would work in my bathroom. He said that a candle will add a wonderful scent to any room and will burn off the humidity too. So, if you have a room that is extra humid for whatever reason, buy a slow burning candle from this candle shop.
Candles also give off a warm and romantic light. Many people have lots of candles and when they want to create a warm and romantic atmosphere, they light several candles. Some people use a candle when they give or receive a massage. Some people use a candle in the evening on the dinner table.
I think the Thai people have known about the effect of aroma or scent or smell for centuries. Some Thai massage includes aroma to relieve jet lag. Some Thai massage with aroma relieves stress and tension. Some people use candles around a bathtub or Jacuzzi or pool. Some people make a temporary lighted walkway by putting candles in paper bags. Ya, right. Be extra careful with fire.
Try combining the light and aroma from candles with music and food and drink followed by a massage. This makes me relax, just writing about it.
Place the candle on a spot protected from airflow caused by wind, a fan or an airconditioner. “Important” “Important” “Important” Make sure that nothing is above the candle that will catch a fire, like drapes, a lamp shade, hanging plants, children, pets, etc. Also, remember that as the candle burns away, it is very important that whatever the candle is setting on will now catch a fire. I remember a story about a person who created a house fire because the candle burned down to the end and caught the paper on fire that the candle was setting on. Stupid! Right? For the scent of the candle to remain in the room longer, it is better to turn off the airconditioner. Do no burn a candle for more than tow hours at a time. Ask the salesman, how many hours will the candle burn. After you blow out the candle, use a toothpick to hold the candlewick upright until the melted was has firmed. Better still, and to avoid the burning smell, don’t blow. Instead, use the toothpick to dip the burning candlewick into the melted wax and then hold the wick upright until the wick was has firmed. Also, take a scissors and trim the length of the candlewick to less than half an inch. Always place a candle on a non-flammable stand. Never, never, never leave a burning candle unattended. By following these few simple rules, you will be able to increase the lifespan of the candle and enjoy its warm flow for many evenings to come.

The View
It’s the view. How many times have you gone to a show or event and had your view partially blocked or you were too far from the stage? Well, sports fans, the view is sensational at the Carousel A Go Go. Imagine a huge carousel with seats around it. That’s what you get at the Carousel A Go Go located on Soi Diamond off of Walking Street. So, Belly up to the bar and enjoy the view. I have never been this close or had such a great view anywhere in Pattaya. My buddy said it even makes the girls look taller because you are below kneecap level. The decor is a lovely shade of black, white and red. The music is a throbbing tech-no beat. The drums make my heart pound, my blood rush, my temperature and other parts of my anatomy rise. Ah, yes, life is grand at the big Carousel A Go Go. The room is from medium or small in size because the carousel is so huge. There are mirrors on the walls, which also makes for interesting viewing. I love it. There are a few small tables and seats in the corners and there is one stand up table.
It’s show time, Baby! No cover and it’s air-conditioned too. Imagine the following: dim lights, bubbles and smoke, flowers, string and gentle sensual music as dream girls pass in review, one at a time for viewing pleasure. It is beautiful. So, get your seat at the Carousel A Go Go on Soi Diamond off of Walking Street for the best view in town.
